- Sole Source J&A - SAIC Over and Above NIIS Sustainment Services in southwest Asia PWS - SAIC Over and Above NIIS Sustainment Services in southwest Asia RFP - SAIC Over and Above NIIS Sustainment Services in southwest Asia 1. S ee Performance Work Statement for detailed discussion of Sustainment Services requirements 2. Over and Above work (force majeure); see 252.217.7028 As described in the PWS, repairs beyond the scope of standard maintenance and sustainment, be addressed on either a Firm-Fixed-Price or Time-and-Materials basis as appropriate to the particular scope of work. No work is to be done without the express authorization of the Contracting Officer. When the need arises, the contractor shall develop an estimate based either on a Firm-Fixed-Price or on the Time - and - Materials rates and prices established in the acquisition, which the Government may accept, reject or negotiate. To the maximum extent practicable, the contractor shall utilize (without additional charges) the existing labor force available under the concomitant sustainment task order (GS-07F-0210J / GST0112BK0019). 3. Refurbishment As described in the PWS, the Government may require existing systems to be refurbished. No work is to be done without the express authorization of the Contracting Officer. When the need arises, the contractor shall develop an estimate based either on a Firm-Fixed-Price or on the Time - and - Materials rates and prices established in the acquisition, which the Government may accept, reject or negotiate.
