- The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate a sole source, fixed price contract with QinetiQ North America Inc. to procure TALON Parts/Accessories/Upgrades as follows: TALON Ethernet Shoulder Upgrade: 1 Each TALON COFDM Video Upgrade: 3 Each TALON IBAT Battery Trays: 3 Each Return Shipping of Shoulder Upgraded Vehicle: 1 Lot The ATF intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the attention of Brian Wilkins, email address Brian.Wilkins@atf.gov by Monday September 10, 2012 (1:00 pm EST). Emailed responses will only be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government.
