- Attachment 1--Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Details The US. Department of Agriculture, Agriculture Research Services, National Animal Disease Center (NADC), has a requirement for maintenance and repair of Government-owned Beckman equipment at NADC, 1920 Dayton Avenue, Ames, IA 50010. Request for quotation packages shall be made in writing (Email: stacie.black@ars.usda.gov or Fax: 515-337-7247). The anticipated award effective date is October 1, 2012. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Agency. Reference, Attachment 1 for Combined Synopsis/Solicitation details.
