- Performance Work Statement (PWS) - menu/servings W91ZRS-12-T-0007 solicitation This solicitation, W91ZRS-12-T-0007, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulations. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 722320 and the small business size standard is $7M. The following commercial services are requested in this solicitation; Catered Meals for Unit Training Assembly Weekends (3060 total meals for fiscal year 13). Meals are to be prepared for 103rd Air Control Squadron, 206 Boston Post Road, Orange, CT 06477. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code), be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR), and credentials be listed on the System for Award Management - SAM (www.sam.gov). Interested parties with any questions should submit their questions IN WRITING, and include their company name, address, POC, phone number, email address, and business status to PiperLynn.Harrington@ang.af.mil. All offers must be received NO LATER THAN 14 September 2012 by 11:00am EST.
