Description

This is BRAND NAME ONLY procurement. The salient characteristics are as follows: 1. Must provide a system that can communicate an alarm in multiple ways( e.g. by phone, text message, e-mail, etc). the alarm must be able to communicate a loss in connectivity or temperature failure. 2. Must have the ability to have either hard-wired or wireless monitors for tracking capability. The system must have the ability to use both types at the same time. 3. Must be able to provide a system that has the capability to report temperature averages, highs, and low in a format that is easily reportable to the command. 4. Must be able to provide a system that documents program changes to input calibrations and access code changes. 5. Must be able to be accessed via telephone or a Windows based web system to provide multiple avenues of viewing status of te system. 6. Must be able to provide a system that can dial out different ways depending on the time and day of the alarm. 7. Must be able to provide a system that is able to provide a pre-alarm notification prior to out of range notification. Mfr: REES Scientific, Model: E-Centron.
