Description
Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number applicable to this announcement is F2U3042166A006_HydrostaticTest. This solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This requirement is 100% set-aside exclusively for small businesses; NAICS code: 541380; Size Standard: $14.0M. Bidding Schedule Information: Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): 0001 - Annual Testing of 186 bottles 0002 - Hydrostatic Testing of 49 bottles 0003 - Refurbishment Please see separate attachment for item description. Period of Performance: The PoP will be 1 Nov 12 - 1 May 13 FOB is at destination, Luke AFB, Arizona. Evaluation: A best value determination will be made on the lowest priced technically acceptable. Vendors shall quote on all items and ensure that all work will be accomplished by appropriately licesnsed/cerified experienced personnel. Any quote that fails to cite a price for each item will be rejected as technically unacceptable. Vendor must provide a quote and state the location of the off-base facility where the bottles will be tested and refurbished. Vendors must ensure they have all certifications to perform the required work.
