- FURNITURE AND ARTWORK This is a SOURCES SOUGHT announcement only. It is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for proposals or quotes and does no obligate the Government to award a contract. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. Responses to this Sources Sought must be in writing. The purpose of this Sources Sought Announcement is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses. Responses to this notice shall include: (a) Company Name (b) address (c) point of contact (d) phone, fax, and email (e) DUNS number (f) Cage Code (g) Tax ID Number (h) Type of business, e.g. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Veteran Owned Small Business, 8(a) HUB Zone, Women Owned Small Business, SDB or Small Business HUB-Zone and (i) must provide a capability statement that addresses the organizations qualifications and ability to perform as a contractor for the work described below: This Sources Sought is to identify vendors that can provide the Title Description for the Hudson Valley Healthcare System Campuses. Contractor will measure windows to fit for solar shades and assess what type of wall art will be best for clinical and administration offices and units. Contractor will provide, install wall art, clocks, calendars, bulletin boards, visual boards, mandatory posters if needed and secure it to the wall. Along with install office furniture and workstations. The Vendor will provide, attach, fix and bolt in place furniture both free standing, floor and wall mounted. All items will be installed according to the manufacturer instructions. The Contractor will remove all cartons and debris. The VA dumpster may be used to dispose of all trash generated by the installation. Please contact Lillie Foreman @ 914-737-4400, x2611to schedule site visits for the week of 9/4-9/7. Upon arrival and subsequent inspection of work to be completed a sign in sheet will be provided. Based on that sign in sheet an RFQ will be sent to those vendors showing an interest in providing the services requested. The RFQ will be solicited beginning 9/11 via FedBid. Responses to the RFQ will be required to be placed through the FedBid Marketplace in order to be considered for this award. Any contract administration questions can be sent to Tina.Alves@va.gov
