Description
ITEM LIST This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the Polaris GPS unit and equipment listed in the attached item list--BRAND NAME OR EQUAL. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60. Place of delivery and acceptance is at the destination point as follows: WARRIOR PREPARATION CENTER ATTN: WPC ECO (RICH HINSHAW 06371-405-6212) KAISERSTRASSE 84, BLDG 708, ROOM 109 67661 KAISERSLAUTERN, GERMANY Mark for: POC/EXT: MSGT JAMES BAKER The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. AWARD WILL BE MADE ON ALL OR NONE. All firms must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management) before being considered for award. If you had an active record in Central Contractor Registration (CCR), you have an active record in SAM. You do not need to do anything in SAM at this time unless a change in your business circumstances requires a change in SAM in order for you to be paid or to receive an award. Information concerning SAM requirements may be viewed via the internet at http://www.sam.sgov. The following additional contract terms and conditions are necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices: 1. Parts warranties: The contractor shall convey to the Government a standard warranty properly funded as part of the procurement (i.e., included in the price of the part/supply).
