Description
Attn: Prospective Offerors: Westinghouse Anniston (WA) is requesting a firm fixed-price proposal for Work as described in the enclosed RFP package which can be accessed at http://ancdfscpm.wgint.com/ located at Solicitations / Subcontracting Solicitations / ANCDF-RFP-AN-0055-CWP & ANCDF-RFP-AN-0056-CWP. This solicitation does not commit WA or the Government to pay any costs incurred in the preparation and submission of a proposal in any form or to procure or subcontract for said services or supplies. It is also brought to each offeror's attention that the WA Subcontract Administrator is the only individual who can commit WA to expenditure of the funds in connection with any subcontract resulting from this solicitation. The award of this RFP is Subject to the Availability of Government Funds. Offerors shall review the RFP package, including any attachments. If any documents are missing, contact the undersigned immediately. It is the offeror's responsibility to ensure that their proposal is based on the entire RFP package. WA will conduct pre-proposal walk-down inspections of the work site at 8:00am CST on October 9 and October 10, 2012. For the walk-down inspection, all parties will meet in the PMOC conference room at Gate 5A. If you would like to participate in the visit, please contact Ms. Sue Sanders at 256-238-0721, extension 119 to make arrangements to attend the walk-down. Please Note: Completion and submission to WA of DOD form 380-2 Personal Data Questionnaire included with this document and a legible copy of the attendee's driver's license is required to participate in the pre-proposal walk-down inspection. These forms must be submitted to Ms. Sue Sanders by Fax (256-238-8281) or hard copy no later than 12:00pm CST, September 24, 2012 to permit processing and clearance by the walk-down date.
