THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICATION for commerical items and installation of for Marine Corps Logistic Base Albany, Ga in accordance with the attached statement of work and the items listed below. This Combined synopsis/solicicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only publication; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a response, which if timely received must be considered by the agency. The solicitation number M6700112RQ2004 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53 and DFAR Change Notice 20110629. This proposed acquisition is an unrestrictive procurement. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 334510. This solicitation is a 100% small business set aside. The small business size standard for NAICS code 334510 is 500 employees The Government intends to issue a single award to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror considering the following factors: Price, Delivery and Technical Acceptability. A proposal will be determined technically acceptable when conforming to the attached statement of work. Delivery may not exceed 30 days after date of contract.
