Description

S5105A-11-P-0035-P00003 J & A for sole source. The Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Procurement Center at Fort Lee, VA, intends to issue a sole source contract modification to S5105A-11-P-0035 under the statutory authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the Agency requirements. This Agency intends to modify the award to Acumen PM LLC, 7320 N Mopac Expressway, Suite 301, Austin Texas 78731. DCMA requests the Acumen Fuse Software to support the Agency's requirement for metrics analysis and visualization tool assessing schedule, cost, risk, and project performance. The North American Industry Classification System is code is 511210 and the size standard is $25.5M. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and the Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred in proposal preparation. DCMA will post this notice until 8:00 AM Eastern Standard Time on September 06, 2012 and intends to award a sole source contract modification after expiration of this notice. NOTE: No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. This document constitutes a justification and approval for the use of other than full and open competition for the acquisition described herein. If is executed on behalf of the Defense Contract Management Agency, Fort Lee, VA.
