- This Solicitation contains Brand Name Only and Brand Name or Equal Requirements. Brand Name Only for Cisco, CIS and Creston components. Only Brand Name items will be accepted for Cisco, CIS and Creston components. All Cisco components must Cisco Certified by Cisco. All other components are Brand Name or equal. The Air Force Test Center, Installation Operational Contracting Division, Eglin AFB, Florida intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract for Two Cisco Secure Video Teleconferencing (VTC) Systems. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The announcement number is F1TBBB2180A001. This solicitation is a 100% small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334220 with a size standard of 750 employees. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. Evaluation will be based on the following factors: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, technical (capability of item offered to meet the government's needs) and price. This synopsis/solicitation contains Brand Name Only and Brand Name or Equal requirements. If you are providing an equal item for the Brand Name or Equal items, please ensure item contains salient characteristics of requested items. Offerors are responsible for submitting all additional information on the equivalent product, necessary for the Contracting Officer to determine whether the product offered meets the "brand name or equal" product's salient characteristics. Requirement: Two (2) Secure Cisco Video Teleconferencing (VTC) Systems. Both Secure VTC system rooms will need required cabling, connectors, labeling, unistrut, vented plates, terminal strips, lacing bars etc. Wiring diagrams and documentation are required for both systems. 6. Vendor delivery, installation, configuration and testing, training and government acceptance are required for this acquisition. Installation of the above shall be coordinated with AFRL and is dependent on the physical security construction timelines of the rooms. Quoted price should include FOB Destination. Required delivery date is no later than 70 days ARO. Expedited delivery schedules accepted and encouraged.
