- The Contracting Division, Pine Bluff Arsenal has a requirement for a Differential Scanning Calorimeter for the Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, AR 71602-9500. Award of contract is subject availability of funding. The type of contract is a firm-fixed price. The North American Industry Classification System NAICS code 334516 is applicable. Small business size standard is 500 employees.
