Description
AF IMT 813 AF Form 3052 Construction Cost Estimate Breakdown Past Performance Questionnaire Davis Bacon Act Wage Determinations Bid Schedule Seed Project Statement of Work Basic Statement of Work Solicitation Document FA4686-12-R-0006 THIS IS A SOLICITATION for an acquisition that will be competed under the Certified Section 8a Set-Aside for a paving contract. It will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Requirements Contract and award will be made to a Certified Section 8a Concern. This acquisition is being synopsized under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 237310. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit offers. Small business size standard is $33,500,000.00. The work requirements to be performed by the contractor consists of, but are not limited to, 1) Portland cement concrete and hot mix asphaltic concrete pavement section replacement; 2) Milling of asphalt pavement and installation of asphalt overlays; 3) installation of pavement markings; 4) rubber removal; 5) spall repairs; and 6) milling/grinding of pavement surfaces. Work will be released to the successful contractor in work packages via individual task orders. Individual task orders will vary in size and complexity. The government guarantees all task orders for repair airfield pavements work will be awarded to the contractor, however the government reserves the right to utilize in-house forces to accomplish work when deemed necessary. Unit prices will be taken for the Base Year (year one) and Four Option Years. During the contract period, the 9th Civil Engineering Squadron will identify construction tasks required to complete each specific job and Operational Contracting will negotiate and issue individual task orders to the contractor to complete those jobs. The contractor will be required to be available every weekday with exception of holidays to receive task orders and provide other management services related to accomplishing individual task orders.
