- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The RCO Stuttgart, 409th Contracting Support Brigade (Europe) has a requirement for a Portable Digital Radiographic System including shipment to destination. The government intends to make a single award to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. Solicitation No. W91WFU-12-T-0029 is issued as a Request for Quote. It is advertised with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 334510. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
