What is the finish on the deck for Section 9 Aberdeen in WW1-Weapons tesing, page 11? 2. What is the details on "Case C-2"? On page 11, note states "CASE C-2. SEE SHEET 12", but there are no details on Sheet 12. Will this case require a vitrine? ANSWER Attached is page 12. One of the drawing layers was hidden on the original. The deck on the WW1 platform is painted, latex paint color TBD. QUESTION/COMMENT FROM AN INTERESTED SELLER: "Please advise if there is a site visit. Something this technical usually should call for it. I would like to request one considering the level of involvement with this project. ANSWER I can set up a site visit for potential bidders if needed. QUESTIONS FROM SUGGESTED SOURCE: We have a few questions relating to the drawing package: 1) In reference to Pages 20 and 21 of the drawing package, "Section 12 - Aberdeen in WW II-- Bazooka", we do not see this exhibit element on the provided floorplan, nor do we see a line item for pricing for this item. Please confirm if this is an item we need to price and if so, please provide direction for where it is to be installed in the exhibit space and what section of pricing should this be contained in? Please provide further direction and information. 2) In reference to Page 23 of the drawing package, "Section 12 - Aberdeen Post WWII - Computer, same issue. We can't identify where this exhibit element is located on the floorplan and not sure where to provide pricing. Please provide further direction and information. 3) In reference to Page 22 of the drawing package, "Section 17 -- Aberdeen in WWII - Sherman Tank". Are we correct in our assumption that this should be ITEM 15 instead of 17? Please confirm or provide clarification. ANSWER 1. drawings 20 and 21 should read; SECTION 14 - ABERDEEN IN WW II - WEAPON EVALUATION. I have corrected the text on those pages and attached those corrected files to this e mail. 2. page 23 should read SECTION 16 - ABERDEEN POST WW II - THE COMPUTER. I have corrected that page and attached the corrected file to this e mail. 3. page 22 should read SECTION 15 - ABERDEEN IN WW II - SHERMAN TANK. I have corrected that page and attached the corrected file to this e mail. Corrected pages are attached. The one page corrected that will influence the bid is page 24 which covers section 17.
