- The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) has a Firm Fixed Price, brand name or equal type requirement to purchase one (1) each of the following: 1. MEDWEB RAQ 6, TELEMED VERSION 3.0 GHZ 64 BIT 1 CPU Manufacture: MEDWEB Part# R6L-09, 2. SMARTMEDIC HEADSET Manufacture: MEDWEB Part# SMH-12, 3. EKG Glove Manufacture: MEDWEB Part# TMPEKG-13, and 4. WIRELESS SENSOR PACK Manufacture: MEDWEB Part # MWVTLS-13. This requirement is a total small business set-aside. The standard classification NAICS code is 334111. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. The competitive solicitation, solicitation amendments and all questions and answers relating to this procurement shall be made available via the Internet at http://www.fedbizops.gov. The solicitation is anticipated for release to the vendor community on or about 06 September 2012 and will only be available until 17 September 2012. Specifications of the requirement are provided in solicitation: W81XWH-12-T-0444. Potential offers are responsible for accessing the website and responding to the solicitation in order to be considered for award of any resultant contract. To be eligible for an award, offerors MUST be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) and submitted required representations and certification at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Telephone requests will not be honored and bidder lists will not be maintained. Potential offerors are required to direct all questions via email to lance.nowell@us.amry.mil no later than 10:00 a.m. EST on 17 September 2012.
