- VA261-12-R-1924 Sources Sought - Automed Optifill software/hardware maintenance, twice yearly for Pharmacy Dept., San Francisco VA Medical Center. This is intended to be a sole-source. However any firm that believes they can fully provide for this requirement may make an inquiry. The NAICS code is 811219; size standard $19 million applies. Product Service code of J065 applies. If sources respond the actual solicitation should then be posted on or about Aug. 30, 2012. Telephone requests will NOT be accepted. All questions must be submitted in writing, questions may be faxed to W. Ulibarri, (650) 849-0385 or emailed to bill.ulibarri@va.gov. You may also mail to William Ulibarri, Network Contracting Activity (NCO 21), VAPAHCS, Bldg. T-50, 3801 Miranda Ave., Palo Alto, CA 94304. Electronic solicitation may be accessed at no cost at www.fedbizopps.gov. Any amendment issued against this solicitation will also be available from the same URL addresses. Contractor is responsible for submitting all documents required in accordance with the solicitation, including any amendments which will be posted on this website. Solicitation is also subject to availability of funding. Quotations shall be submitted on an all or nothing basis. Partial quotations will be rejected. Quotations shall be valid for 60 days from offer due date FAR solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-60. Offeror shall submit all information with offer as required in 52.212-1; a completed copy of provisions 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications. Offeror may obtain copies of the referenced provisions and clauses at and http://www.va.gov/oa&mm/vaar/ or by sending an email to the Contracting Officer at bill.ulibarri@va.gov. The Contracting Officer may add any additional contract requirements or terms and conditions (such as contract financing arrangements or warranty requirements) determined by the Contracting Officer to necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices.
