- SOURCES SOUGHT /MARKET SURVEY NOTICE - N00019-12-R-001 For Sensor Modeling and Multi-Spectral Environment Support Services The Naval Air SYSTEMS COMMAND is seeking potential Small Business sources to provide analytical and technical support services with an emphasis on sensor modeling and the Multi-Spectral Environment (MSE) for the Joint Strike Fighter Program Office (JSFPO). * Requirements: See Sensor Modeling and Multi-Spectral Environment Support Services Statement of Work (SOW) dated June 2012 attached. Small Business vendors capable of accomplishing this requirement are invited to submit the following: 1. Company literature, brochure, or capability summaries. 2. Business size (i.e. small, small disadvantage business, women owned business, etc. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 541712 with a size standard of 500 employees. Identification of business size should be included on the cover page of your submission. This requirement is also a commercial contract. Award will be made in the form Firm Fixed “ Priced Type Contract to one responsible offeror. Tasking will be by individual Purchase Order (PO) specifying the scoping of work to be procured. A firm fixed “ priced type contract is anticipated for this effort with a period of performance TBD. The basic contract will specify the requirements to be delivered. Responses should be via e-mail to the Contract Specialist, Annette Cosby, annette.cosby@navy.mil or by mail to NAWC Training Systems Division Orlando, Attn: Annette Cosby, Code 25312, 12350 Research Parkway, Orlando Florida 32826-3275. Responses are due 1500 hours (3:00) PM EST on or before 23 August 2012. Submission of this information is for PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to pay for the information received. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT EXISTS AT THIS TIME.
