- Dairy Requirements 1st Quarter FY13 August 29, 2012 All Interested Parties: The Federal Medical Center (FMC) Lexington, KY is soliciting quotations under Request for Quote (RFQ) P01091200037 for Dairy Requirement, 1st Quarter FY13 All communications regarding this RFQ may be made in writing to the Contracting Officer, via telephone at (859) 255-6812 ext. 5136, or via email to jcmorgan@bop.gov. An original of your quote must be submitted no later than September 21, 2012, 2:00 PM EST, electronically to jcmorgan@bop.gov. The Contracting Officer assigned to this procurement is the undersigned. The Contracting Officer is the only individual who can legally commit or obligate the Government to an expenditure of public funds should a contract result from this RFQ.
