This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice (See also attachment). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is issuing Request for Quotations DU205NC-12-0054 in support of the Denver Homeownership Center HOC /Office of Single Family Housing. This procurement is for Automated Valuation Model Subscription Services. The period of performance is one-base year and 4 one-year option periods. The proposed Purchase Order is unrestrictive. Quotations will be due on September 11, 2012 at 4PM Central Time. Quotes to be delivered to the Chicago Contracting as indicated by the attached document. No phone calls will be entertained.
