Description: The purpose of this PWS is to obtain the necessary engineering, technical support, and system administrative services required to populate and maintain the structure and operation of F-15 data in the J-RAMS. This shall include as a minimum the daily care and upkeep of the database, implementation of new data elements and/or standard reports. The tool shall include: 1) Conversational Interface (using 'English' to obtain data from the database); 2) Automated Trigger Based Item Management (using Statistical Process Control to identify potential problem areas); 3) an Assessment Model tool (to identify which changes will be most effective at increasing the Aircraft Availability and Mission Capable rates); and 4) Automated Reports Generator; 5) Website; 6) Query Wizard; 7) Fleet and System Dashboard; and 8) System Explorer. This support shall include account maintenance, configuring of data for F-15 specific reports, and access to other tools/reports developed by the other J-RAMS user community. The period of performance for this task is a 12 months basic with a one year option period for a total of 2 years. This contract will be Firm Fixed Price.
