Description

Clauses Clauses The US Department of Agricultural Research Service in Parlier CA has an AB SCIEX's QSTAR XL oMALDi MASS-Spec instrument. Currently this instrument is covered by a Performance Agreement by AB Sciex and that contract will end on 09/13/2012 The Performance Agreement for QST AR oMALDi instrument from AB SCIEX covers on site planned maintenance twice per year and all parts labor and emergency service as need during the performance period 9-13-2012-9-12-2013. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source AB Sciex under authority of FAR 13. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within Two days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Proposals to be send to the attention of Fred Gifford as listed in this notice.
