- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial support prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document (HM157512T0015) incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-60. The National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with Fortius One (GeoIQ) for support in the development of an application supporting the geospatial enablement of social media to enhance technical information sharing to provide disaster decision support in the event of a natural or man-made disaster to the NGA mission partners. The proposed acquisition is being pursued on a sole-source basis because Fortius One (GeoIQ) is the only company who can provide this application enhancement as it is a follow-on to a previously developed application by Fortius One (GeoIQ). This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The NAICS code for this requirement is 511210. In order to be considered for this requirement, vendor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), www.sam.gov.
