Description

Sole Source Justification Document Control Automated Imaging System. The solicitation number is FA8601-12-T-0299. The NAICS Code is 334119. The size standard is 1000 employees. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii). The proposed sole source is NORCOM Inc. The purchase is for a Document Control Automated Imaging System to interface with Standard Base Supply System which acts to improve accountability of supply documents and to better retrieve and clear documents. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotation received within five (5) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any quotations should be e-mailed to Zachary.kauth@wpafb.af.mil or faxed to Lt Zachary Kauth at 937-656-1412, AFLCMC/PKOB, 937-656-1412 no later than 3:00 pm Eastern on Tuesday September 4, 2012.
