Description

The 51st Medical Group, Osan Air Base, Korea is seeking for a contract Basic Life Support Training Coordinator. The contractor shall provide Life Support Training Coordinator services including scheduling, coordinating and teaching Basic Life Support (BLS) courses and Training Site Faculty (TSF), CLS Healthcare Provider Instructor and BLS HeartSaver AED Instructor courses. NOTE: Offerors shall submit signed and dated Solicitation/Contract/Order for this service no later than the Korea Standard Date and Time specified in Block 8, SF 1449. The proposal shall have a title page identifying the offeror, the full address, phone/fax number, contacts(POCs) with email addresses, the solicitation number and its contents. For questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted by 31 August 2012, 10:00 am, Korea Standard Date and Time. Offerors should submit all questions via e-mail only to the attention of Ms. Tongho Kim at Tongho.Kim1@amedd.army.mil. Questions will be gathered as a whole and the answers will be provided to all offerors in the form of solicitation amendment. Any changes will be made by formal solicitation amendment only.
