- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small-business only. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is NAICS 332322, Plate work Manufacturing, Size Standard 500 employees. Solicitation/Purchase Request Number F2KBAD2166A005 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-60, Effective 26 Jul 2012 The Government intends to award one contract with THREE contract line items (CLINS) identified below: CLIN 0001. Bottom plate, Machined copper plate. ¼" thick copper plate with dimensions of 15.25" x 15.25". Two(2) - 2.01" dia thru holes, Sixteen(16) - 3/8" clearance holes, Four(4) - 0.50" dia thru holes and Four(4) - 0.375" thru holes. Quantity 1 Each CLIN 0002. Top plate, Machined copper plate. ¼" thick copper plate with dimensions of 15.25" x 15.25". Two( 2) - 2.01" dia thru holes, Sixteen(16) - 3/8" clearance holes, Four(4) - 0.50" dia thru holes and Four( 4) - 0.375" thru holes. Quantity 1 Each CLIN 0003. Internal plates, Machined copper plate. 0.09" thick plate with dimensions of 15.25" x 15.25". Four(4) - 2" thru holes, Sixteen(16) - 3/8" clearance holes and Eight(8) - 0.50 dia thru holes. Extensive symmetric dimple pattern to hold 1/8" dia zeolite in place. These dimples are.063" dia and.031" deep. Plate should be rolled flat post machining. Quantity of 48 Each DESIRED DELIVERY DATE: 6 Weeks ARO for CLINS 0001 and 0002, 8 Weeks ARO for CLIN 0003 FOB: Destination INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE: Destination The following provisions and clauses apply to this procurement: FAR 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration; In accordance with the FAR 13.106-1(a)(2) offerors are notified that award will be made on the basis of price.
