Description

United States (U.S) Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Relationship Management (VRM) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Cloud Solutions VA118-12-I-0617 The purpose of this Source Sought Notice is to search for vendors capable of meeting the VRM CRM Cloud Solutions requirement. The Contractor shall provide support services to include key personnel and management, materials, administrative support and technical services to meet VRM CRM Cloud Solutions as outlined in the tasks provided in the attached document. The period of performance is anticipated to begin in December 2012. The contract period of performance is a 12 month base with four, one year option periods from date of award. This market research is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Government is open to considering teaming and prime/subcontractor relationships for this effort. If interested, please submit a Capabilities Statement, limited to eight pages and indicate your teammates and or subcontractors and also denote the business size for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541511. Also, please indicate if you, your teammates and/or subcontractors are a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business or a Veteran Owned Small Business or if you have any scheduled contract, example General Services Administration (GSA). The VRM CRM Cloud Solution tasks are attached. Responses should be identified with RFI VA118-12-I-0617 in the subject line of your email. Responses are requested no later than 4:00pm EST on Thursday, September 6, 2012, via email to iris.farrell@va.gov and anne.vasconcelos@va.gov.
