GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT WANTS TO LEASE OFFICE AND RELATED SPACE IN BISMARCK, ND General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: North Dakota City: Bismarck Delineated Area: North: Brookside Lane West: Washington Street to Century Ave., Century Ave. to Tyler Parkway, Tyler Parkway to Divide Ave. South: E. Divide Avenue East: N. 26th Street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,200 ABOA Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): Space Type: Office and related space Parking Spaces (Total): 4 Parking Spaces (Surface): 4 Parking Spaces (Structured): N/A Parking Spaces (Reserved): N/A Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Parking for a tractor trailer must be available on-site, or street parking must be available within ¼ mile of the building. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 or 500 year flood plain.
