- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items, Item Description: TNT Rescue "Accelerator" Twin Simo Pump, 6.5HP Honda motor, w/ selector valve to supply max speed to one port, 10,500PSI, Mineral Base Oil, 1 ea; TNT Rescue BFC-320 Brute Force Cutter, 7 3/4" blade opening; 320,000 pounds of cutting force; Mineral Base Oil; 10,500 psi working line pressure, 1 ea; TNT Rescue 28" spreader, exclusive grabber tips, Lighter weight: 36.6 pounds; 10,500 psi working line pressure, 1 ea; TNT Rescue tools, R-40 40 inch hydraulic ram, 10,500 psi working line pressure Mineral Base Oil, 2 ea; TNT Rescue TLS-50, Telescoping 50 inch hydraulic ram, 10,500 psi working line pressure, Mineral Base Oil; NFPA 1936 Compliant, ISO-9001, 2 ea; TNT Rescue 100' Hose Reel, Bounded Hose, Polished Steel Electric Rewind, 10,500 psi working pressure, Mineral Based Oil, 2ea; TNT Rescue 30' Twin Line Extension Hose, 10,500 psi, Mineral Based Oil, 2 ea; TNT Rescue R-20 20" Ram 10,500 psi working pressure, Maximum push force in excess of 33,000 pounds makes these rams ideal for heavy equipment and machinery, - Dual Pilot check valves for reliable & superior load holding. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ W912J2-12-T-3008. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13.
