- Synopsis - Perform Flow Test on all Fire Hydrants Dyess Air Force Base is seeking a company to perform a flow test on 458 fire hydrants. This solicitation is set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 221310 and the applicable size standard is $7,000,000.00. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov. All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. The entire solicitation FA4661-12-T-0041 will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Web Site at http://www.fbo.gov. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, on or about 27 August 2012, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. There will be a pre-bid site visit held on 30 August 2012 at 9:30 am at the contracting office at Dyess AFB. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE Code). The cut off for receipt of quotes shall be no later than 2:00 PM (CST) on 5 September 2012.
