VA is considering whether to remain in its existing leased space or relocate to alternative space if it would be economically advantageous for VA. VA will consider relocation if alternative space can satisfy VA s requirements and costs including, but not limited to, rent, tenant improvements, physical move, above-standard/specialized alterations/equipment, furniture relocation, telecommunications, and other related costs. The costs for relocation and improvements are estimated to be $4,881,000. VA is seeking to lease 40,167 net usable square feet of contiguous space on a single level, including the use of a minimum of 99 parking spaces. Net usable square feet does not include such areas as stairs, elevators, mechanical and utility rooms, ducts, shafts, vestibules, public corridors and public toilets required by local code. The building must meet certain security requirements as set forth in the Interagency Security Committee Standards and the Department of Justice Security Standards. The building and parking area must be fully accessible meeting all requirements of Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS). East: From the intersection of County Road 151 (Centerville Road) and US 319 (Capital Circle NE), south to the intersection of US 319 (Capital Circle NE) and E. Park Avenue. South: From the intersection of US 319 (Capital Circle NE) and East Park Avenue to the intersection of E. Park Avenue and S. Magnolia Drive. West: From the intersection of S. Magnolia Drive north to the intersection of N. Magnolia Drive and County Road 146 (Miccosukee Road.)
