- BLM Utah Law Enforcement is in need of a new travel trailer (2012 model or newer). The successful quoter will be required to take a trade in. Award will be based upon the best total cost to the government considering the pricing for the new trailer and trade in. Specifications for the new and trade in trailers are attached. The new trailer will be shipped and located in Salt Lake City, Utah. If any warranty work is required on the new trailer it will need to occur locally. Quotes shall include information regarding the nearest authorized dealer repair facility for the proposed trailer and shall be located within 50 miles of zip code 84101. TRADE IN TRAILER - 2007 Rage 'N Xtra Lite FS2500 Toy Hauler Trailer. Specifications and photos attached. Trailer located in Salt Lake City, Utah 84101 and vendor will need to pick it up from this location.
