Description

Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) intends to award a sole source purchase order to CelleBrite located at 266 Harristown Rd Ste 105 Glen Rock, New Jersey 07452 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, and only one responsible source. The agencies requirement is for the purchase of UFED-CHINEX. CelleBrite is the only known manufacturer/distributor of a forensic system that is capable of retrieving stored information and recently deleted information on a wide variety of make/models of cell phones and similar devices. This service is already being used by the agency and would be cost effective to remain with CelleBrite. The determination not to compete the requirement will be at the sole discretion of the Government.
