Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-60. The solicitation number for this requirement is W91ZLK-12-T-0356. This requirement has been deemed a 100% small business set-aside under the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 335311, Power, Distribution, and Specialty Transformer Manufacturing, and the Small Business Size Standard 750 employees. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. This procurement will be evaluated as lowest price technically acceptable, for the procurement of the following: DC Current Transducers Quantity: Three Hundred (300) Overview: The DC Current transducer provides an output signal in response to the DC current passing through a wire that the split core transducer has encircled. The transducer will have a 6-pin military connector to interface to signal and excitation cable. The device is electrically isolated from the mounting surface and has a non-corrosive Noryl case with through holes for mounting. Required Specifications: Measurement range for transducer: -600 to 600 amps Over-range value without damage: 10 times measurement range Transducer output range: -5 to +5 volts DC Transducer accuracy: +/- 0.5 % of full scale range Transducer frequency response: 0 to 3000 Hz Transducer zero offset: +/- 30 mV Transducer current draw: 35 mA DC Transducerl excitation range: 12 Volts DC +/- 10% Output resistance: greater than 2000 ohms Operating temperature range: -40 to +60 Deg C. Dimensions: 3.1 inches Long X 3.0 inches Wide X 3.61 inches High Weight: 253 grams. NIST traceable calibration NOTES to OFFERORS: Although it is not required that offerors hold an existing GSA contract, it is suggested that quotes should be competitively priced in proportion to current GSA schedule pricing for items of the same specifications. Acceptance shall be at destination. Shipping shall be FOB Destination to Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD 21005. The technical evaluation will be a determination based on information furnished by the vendor. The Government is not responsible for locating or securing any information which is not identified in the offer.
