- Specifications for the UHF TACO Helical Antenna, Model H-064A with AM-1 Mast mounting System, Brand Name or equal This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation reference number F4ATS02226A001 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-60. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334220. The small business size standard is 750 employees. A firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 13. This RFQ consists of the following Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN): (See attached specifications). CLIN 0001: Quantity 10 each, UHF TACO Helical Antenna, WADE Antenna Inc. (Model # H-064A) Brand Name or equal. CLIN 0002: Quantity 10 each, Mast Mount, WADE Antenna Inc. (P/N AM-1) Brand Name or equal. ***If submitting an "Or Equal" item, offerors shall submit documentation demonstrating the "equal" meets all the attached specifications and submit all applicable literature with their quote. See FAR Clause 52.211-6 requirements regarding "Brand Name or Equal." All quotes must reflect FOB Destination.*** EVALUATION FACTORS: In accordance with FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, and FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal, the Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factor(s) considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: 1. Technical Capability 2. Price Technical Capability: Offeror's Antenna & Mount will be evaluated against the attached specifications on a pass/fail basis.
