Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Corona Division, Force Training Department requires the acquisition RTU-292 radio interface units. The government intends to award a sole-source, firm fixed priced contract to JPS Communications, Inc. This procurement is commercial item IAW FAR Part 12. No solicitation will be issued but responsible sources may submit inquiries or request for information to marcella.webber@navy.mil or by phone at 951-273-4454. THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO SOLICIT AND NEGOTIATE WITH ONLY ONE SOURCE UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF FAR 6.302-1 FOR THIS PROCURMENT ACTION. INTERESTED PARTIES MAY IDENTIFY THEIR INTEREST AND CAPABILITY TO RESPOND TO THE REQUIREMENT, OR SUBMIT CAPABILITY STATEMENTS. THIS NOTICE OF INTEREST IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES OR PROPOSALS.
