- This special notice corrects the last sentence on the previous special notice posted on 21 Aug 12. The combined synposis solicitation W81K04-12-T-0014 shall be corrected to read No additional column is needed for on call at the MTF. The on-call rates at the MTFs will be competed at the time a call is placed. In accordance with FAR 52.212-1 para 4 "Factor 3: Price. The quote shall contain a proposed pricing for all line item numbers identified in the solicitation and include any discount terms. BPA calls will be competed and the BPA competitive award rate will become the ceiling price for the ordering period. Subsequent BPA calls will be competed for each ordering period.". No additional column is needed for on-call. This special notice provides clarification to the combine synposis solicitation W81K04-12-T-0014. 1. The proposed line item rate will establish the ceiling price, regardless of location. 2. The period of performance varies per call. Short term fills are generally used to temporarily fill positions when someone is on vacation, sick, or to reduce a work backlog There is no minimum period of performance. 3. Awardees will not be held to a participation rate minimum This combined synopsis is for the reprocurement of locum tenen services BPAs W81K04-07-A-0002 (Eskridge & Associates), W81k04-07-A-0003 (Angel Staffing) and W81K04-07-A-0004 (Central Care Nursing). The projected award date is 1 Oct 2012. The wage determination is not applicable as these are professional services.
