Description: The synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is a single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access the information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure Miscellaneous Electrical Items, as set forth on Attachment (1) hereto. This is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside, in accordance with NAICS Code 423610 (100 employees). There are 77 items of various quantities listed. GSA pricing is NOT preferred, HOWEVER, this is an ALL-OR-NONE Request for Quotes. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 13. DFAR 252.232-7003 (Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports) is applicable to this purchase. This is the entire list of equipment needed and this is the only notice that will be published. There will be no written RFQ issued as a result of this notice. The resulting order shall be firm fixed price. Shipping SHALL be included in the Offeror 冱 quote (F.O.B. Dahlgren, Virginia 22448). The items listed herein are considered Brand Name or Equivalent. Any offeror presenting alternative part numbers are required by FAR 11.104(B) to provide enough specifications on part number changes to ensure that the offered item(s) are Equivalent. Failure to provide such data may render any bid non-responsive. Interested Offerors shall reference this quote # (N00178-12-Q-4671) on their responses.
