- SPECIAL NOTICE ON FBO THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT, that the 52nd Contracting Squadron Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany, intends to solicit on a sole source basis a Monaco D-21 Emergency Management System from Monaco Enterprises at 14820 E. Sprague, P.O. Box 14129, Spokane, WA, under the autority of FAR 6.302-1 (b) (4) (10 U.S.C 2304 (c) (1), Only One Responsible Source and no Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Interested sources may provide a quotation which will be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this synopsis is solely within the descretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All submissions must be received NLT 10 days from the posting of this announcement. ITEM DESCRIPTION: 1 each Delivery and Installation of D-21 Emergency Management System - D-21 Primary System - D-21 Redundant System - D-21 Client Workstation The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561621, the SIC Code is 5063, the FSC is 6350. The Point of Contact for this actions is Contract Specialist SrA Paul Wilke: paul.wilke@us.af.mil Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) to be eligible for award. Information on the CCR may be obtained at http://www.ccr.gov. Offerors may submit questions in writing requesting clarification of the requirement via e-mail to the Contract Specialist. All questions must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the closing date. At this time this synopsis is an announcement of the Government's intention to solicit a sole source contract for Monaco D-21 Emergency Management System.
