Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation F2KBAD2151A006 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60, Effective 26 July 2012. (iv) This procurement is being issued as Unrestricted under NAICS code 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing; size standard 500 employees. The Government intends to award five contract line item numbers: CLIN 0001 Digital Delay / Pulse Generator 1 each Delays • Channels: 4 independent pulses controlled in position and width • Delay channels: 8 delay channels (see below for more spec's) • Delay range: 0 to 2000 s • Accuracy: 1 ns + (timebase error x delay) • Jitter (rms)-ext trigger to any output: 25 ps + (timebase jitter x delay) • Jitter (rms)-T0 to any output: 15 ps + (timebase jitter x delay) • Trigger delay: 85 ns (external trigger To T0 output) Timebases • Jitter: 10-8 s/s • Stability: 2 X 10-6 (20-30 C) • Aging: 5 ppm/yr • External input: 10 MHz +/- 10 ppm, sine > 0.5 Vpp, 1 kohm impedance • Output: 10 MHz, 2 Vpp sine into 50 Ohms External trigger • Rate: DC to 1/(100 ns + longest delay) (Maximum of 10 MHz) • Threshold: +/- 3.5 VDC • Slope: Trigger on rising or falling edge • Impedance: 1 MOhm + 15 pF Internal rate generator • Trigger modes: Continuous, line or single shot • Rate: 100 microHz to 10 MHz • Resolution: 1 microHz • Accuracy: Same as timebase • Jitter (rms): < 25 ps (10 MHz/N trigger rate) • Jitter (rms): < 100 ps (other trigger rates) Burst generator • Trigger to first T0 - range: 0 to 2000 s • Trigger to first T0 - resolution: 5 ps • Period between pulses - range: 100 ns to 42.9 s • Period between pulses - resolution: 10 ns • Delay cycles per burst: 1 to 232-1 • Outputs: (T0, AB, DC, EF, and GH) • Source impedance: 50 Ohm • Transition time: < 2ns • Overshoot: < 100 mV + 10% of pulse amplitude • Offset: +/- 2 V • Amplitude: 0.5 to 5.0 V (level + offset < 6.0 V) • Accuracy: 100 mV + 5% of pulse amplitude General • Computer interfaces: GPIB (IEEE-488.2), RS-232, and Ethernet - all instrument functions can be controlled through the interfaces • Non-volatile memory: Nine sets of instrument configurations can be stored and recalled • Power: < 100 W, 90 to 264 VAC, 47 to 63 Hz • Warranty: One year parts and labor on defects in materials and workmanship CLIN 0002 Eight delay channels 30 V 1 each • Outputs (BNC): T0, A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H • Source impedance: 50 Ohm • Transition time: < 5 ns • Levels: 0 to 30 V into high impedance • Levels: 0 to 15 V into 50 Ohm (amplitude decreases by 1%/kHz) • Pulse characteristics - rising edge: At programmed delay • Pulse characteristics - falling edge: 100 ns after the rising edge CLIN 0003 Fast rise time module that is compatible with digital delay/pulse generator 1 each • Rise time: < 100 ps • Fall time: < 3 ns • Offset: 0.8 V to 1.1 V • Amplitude: 0.5 V to 5.0 V • Load: 50 Ohms CLIN 0004 O4C- Bias Tee (for SDR1) 1 each CLIN 0005 Shipping The following provisions and clauses apply to this procurement: In accordance with the FAR 13.106-1(a)(2) offerors are notified that award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror.
