Description: This project includes the installation and removal of four (4) Contractor supplied 8' diameter pipe plugs into four pipe outlets in the 'B' wall at the powerhouse tailrace. Contractor shall remove and replace the eight (8) valves inside ogee weir valve pit prior to the removal of the four (4) pipe plugs. The Government representative will coordinate with the dive contractor to schedule a second site visit to remove the plugs. Video surveillance will be required for Government personnel to examine pipe condition prior to diver installing pipe plugs.
