- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport intends to solicit and award a sole source purchase order to Spectral Dynamics, Inc. of San Jose CA,, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only one source will satisfy agency requirements. Authorized resellers of Spectral Dynamics are invited to propose. The procurement is to upgrade an existing Jaguar MIMO System “ Vibration Controller for 3-axis Shaker System. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. The solicitation number for this requirement is N00253-12-T-0312. The requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334519 and has a size standard of 500. The Government will consider all responses received prior to the closing date of this combined synopsis/solicitation. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
