PROJECT LOCATION: U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, Region 3, Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife and Fish RefugeLa Crosse District, near La Crosse, Wisconsin, in La Crosse County, Wisconsin PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to supply and install: Gravel and asphalt bike and walking trails, two five car parking lots, including layout, site grading, aggregate base, concrete curbs, asphalt surface, wood framed kiosk, prefabricated bench, bike racks and landscaping as shown on the plans and as described in the specifications. ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. SOCIOECONOMIC PROGRAMS: This procurement is set-aside exclusively for small business concerns. For information purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, with a size standard of $33.5 million. The Solicitation Package will be available via electronic commerce on fbo.gov and fedconnect.net or about Aug 15, 2012 with a Bid Opening occurring on or about Sep 13, 2012. The Solicitation Package will include the following: An itemized Bid Schedule, Scope of Work, Drawings, and Prevailing Wage Determination and Bid Bond Form.
