Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is solicited as #W912DQ-12-R-0047 and is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-60, effective July 26, 2012. This RFQ shall be set aside 100% for small businesses, and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332311. The business size standard is 500 employees. Contract line items (CLINs) may be found in SECTION B of this synopsis/solicitation. Goods required are components or kits for two (2) courtesy docks, to be assembled on-site by Government personnel. Specifications are detailed in SECTION C. Goods shall be delivered to Pomme De Terre Lake Project, Route 2 Box 2160, Hermitage, Missouri 65668.
