- It is the purpose of this purchase order to secure janitorial services for the Lost River Ranger District Office in Mackay, Idaho. The Contractor is responsible for providing all of the following items to perform services under the janitorial contract: labor, supervision, equipment and those supplies not listed as Government-furnished items. All designated areas must present a clean, healthful, and well-kept appearance. District Office is 4,000 square feet. Work required under this contract will be at the Salmon-Challis National Forest, Lost River Ranger District at 716 West Custer in the town of Mackay, Idaho. Additional information regarding the janitorial contract is available from the Lost River Ranger District. This is an Option Year Contract. The start date for this contract is October 1, 2012.
