U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs VA MEDICAL CENTER PROVIDENCE 830 CHALKSTONE AVENUE PROVIDENCE RI 02908-4734 The above referenced Federal Government medical facility is seeking a vendor to provide the below listed services for a period of one year with possible options. 1) Provide weekly Microfiber Mops and related materials such as handles, bucket's and other supplies necessary to clean and maintain the medical center and all associated buildings 2) Provide initial inventory of 100 ten ounce tradition rag mops and commence bi-weekly collection and cleaning/return 3) Provide initial inventory of 150 dust mops and commence bi weekly cleaning/return program 4) Provide cleaning/return service for approx. 80 hospital bed cubicle curtains per month Please direct questions/comments/concerns/clarifications to the Contracting Officer via the eBuy system.
