Performance Requirements (QASP) Performance Work Statement Appendix C The United States Department Agriculture (USDA), Agriculture Research Service (ARS ), National Agricultural Library (NAL), Information Systems Division intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis an IDIQ contract for Digitization Metadata Services for digitized content with GSA Schedule vendor Library Associates of Maryland. Services to be provided are listed as an attachment to this posting. The period of performance is anticipated to be September 25, 2012 through September 24, 2013, with four (4) renewal option years.
