- Description
- The Little Rock Corp of Engineers intends to issue Solicitation W9127S-12-T-0051 for a firm fixed price construction contract for Rehab of Campsites for the Clearwater Project Office. This solicitation will be advertised as a small business set-aside. The contractor shall furnish all necessary management, supervision, inspection, personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, transportation, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided for, required to perform the rehab of campsites in accordance with the contract specifications, drawings, attachments, exhibits, etc. at Clearwater Project. The proposed contract will be issued for a base period of September 7, 2012 or date of award (Whichever is later) through January 31, 2013 and (1) one option period from September 10 to January 31, 2013. This Solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) via the Army's Single Face to Industry Website (ASFI) on or about 31 August 2012. Notification of amendments shall be made via the ASFI Website as well. It is each bidder's responsibility to download the solicitation from the internet website. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238910; and the applicable Small Business Size Standard is $14.0 Million. All bidders are encouraged to visit the Army's Single Face to Industry Website at http://acquisition.army.mil/asfi to visit other business opportunities. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Annual Representations and Certifications (ORCA), as required by FAR 4.1102, apply to this procurement. Prospective contractors must be registered prior to award. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award.
