Description
Redacted J&A for Tasker Management Imrovement Project FORSCOM requires a commercial-off-the shelf (COTS) task management tool developed on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. The contractor providing services will integrate CRM software and the task management solution configurations into the FORSCOM server; provide Tier One, Tier Two, and Tier Three support services for the duration of the contract; provide the licenses; provide user training for FORSCOM users; and provide configuration/enhancement services for task management software in order to meet the specific needs of the FORSCOM staff. The contractor shall be responsible for integrating the CRM and task management program into the workflow/staff of FORSCOM and selected other units in order to enable a more streamlined tasking procedure through provision of increased transparency, visibility, and accountability within the CRM supported footprint. CRM and the task management application implementation services encompasses providing fully functioning, expandable task management software that is achieved through a series of pre-made, advanced configurations to the FORSCOM Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment, a CRM COTS 'bolt on' application. As a result, the task management solution will leverage the inherent capabilities resident in CRM itself, capitalize on CRM's existing Department of Army Certificate of Networthiness (CoN), and ensure seamless compatibility with supporting programs such as Microsoft Office and Microsoft SharePoint. The application wil be robust enough to allow tasking workflows to exist with unlimited users operating within one task. Creation of subtasks with separate suspense dates within the context of the original task will be allowable. The solution will have collaboration capability within the task management software environment, and notifications of new tasks to users must transmit to user inboxes in Microsoft Outlook, regardless if the user is licensed or not. Suspense dates of excepted tasks must populate on user Outlook calendars. The solution must have managerial interface (dashboard) separate from that of action officers that allows task searches, tracking, and organization, with the ability to drill down into current working and completed tasks, in order to monitor work at the action officer level and collaborate directly with actions officers if required. The managerial interface must be a function of CRM capability that provides metrics on task completion, workload, and work distribution. Additionally, users must have the ability to leverage built in privacy and security settings to tasks containing sensitive information to selective groups as needed per tasker. The tasking solution must possess the capability to incorporate non-licensed users in the tasking solution environment in order for non-licensed users to respond (within the tasking solution environment) to taskers assigned by tasking solution licensed users. The contractor must deliver a solution in accordance with security standards specified in the Army Networthiness (NW) Program provided by Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) as defined in Army Regulation 25-1, Army Knowledge Management and Information Technology. The nature of the software must allow it to operate at full capacity within the confines of the CRM base system, allowing it to leverage NETCOM's certification of CRM.
